The Watkins Glen Police Department reports that Brandon A. Chafee, 28, of Spencer was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher after a traffic stop.
The charges will be answered in Watkins Glen Court.
